From "Hola!" to "Eh?"

So, I realize I've been pretty bad at updating people on some crazy west coast adventures. My apologies. I'll try to do better...

To try to make up for my lack of information, I give you two crazy adventures that I went on within the last month--Mexico in January, Seattle and B.C. in February. Where else in the country can you do these things??

MEXICO

On our way to the border in Juanita, Van of Wonder!

Walking on the beach in Mexico!!!

Seriously, people are so afraid of waves when they are wearing shoes...

We explored some pretty sweet shops along the way...this one was full of handmade tiles. Sadly, all I could think of doing when looking at them was smashing them and making a mosaic out of all the little pieces...

We stopped at Fox Studios Baja while driving to Puerto Nuevo...interesting to see, but not worth the $5 they wanted us to pay to get inside...

SEATTLE/B.C.
The next month, I met Allie up in Seattle for coffee. Seriously. It was a 55 hour trip, and we drank lots and lots and lots of coffee! Below we are in Seattle with our new matching Starbucks Tumblers...Allie and Mother Nature were having an intervention with me...

On our way up to Canada, we came across this magnificent stump at a rest stop. The sign said not to climb it...that did not deter us from an attempt...

In Canada, we stopped for some more coffee at Tim Horton's

And finally, had some great, crazy adventures in downtown Seattle...and elsewhere:

For more on these and other adventures, check out my flickr page at www.flickr.com/sarahebner. That's where the complete story can be found!

Give it a few more months: we'll knock out Baja and Alaska.

Tim Horton...isn't he the prime minister of Canada? Ask Krista or Tyler for details on that...
